Looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
1. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
2. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
3. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
4. Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
5. On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated.
requirements:-
1. Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
2. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc).
3. Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc).
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
